Wantage & Grove Neighbourhood Policing Team Over the last week, our team has been working hard to investigate the recent series of thefts from motor vehicles in the Wantage area.
✅ We’ve been collating a significant amount of CCTV and other evidence
🚴♂️ Officers have been – and will continue to be – conducting plain clothed patrols on bikes, actively looking for suspicious individuals
📍 In just one night, we covered over 10 miles on our bikes across the area as part of our efforts to deter and detect criminal activity
🔎 The investigation remains ongoing, and we’re pursuing several active lines of enquiry We’re asking residents to remain vigilant:
🔐 Always lock your vehicles
💼 Remove all valuables from sight
